For the third straight week, there’s a change at the top of the High School Football America Vermont Top 5. Actually, it’s the Week 1 No. 1 Hartford that ascends to the top spot. The Hurricanes knocked-off former No. 1 Rice Memorial 21-8 to move back to No. 1.
Rice Memorial fell to No 3, but can improve that position this week when it faces No. 2 St. Johnsbury, the state’s defending Division I champ.
