Clemson-recruit Cade Klubnik of Westlake High (Texas) is the 2021 Elite 11 MVP. Klubnik had an outstanding four days at Mira Costa High School in Manhattan Beach, California to become the third quarterback from Texas to win the prestigious MVP award.

On Saturday, Klubnik’s 7-on-7 team won The Opening team title, which came on the heels of an outstanding Friday when he won the Golden Gun Accuracy Award.

Klubnik led Westlake to the 2020 Class 6A Division I state title and a No. 3 finish in the High School Football America 100 powered by NFL Play Football, the NFL’s initiative to provide fun and engaging experience for players of all ages and skill levels.
The other Texans to win Elite 11 MVP honors are Rhett Bomar in 2003 and current NFL quarterback Matthew Stafford in 2005.
