The top of the High School Football America South Carolina Top 10 has a familiar face to start the 2023 season. Dutch Fork, winners of six of the last seven 5A state championships, is No. 1 in our preseason statewide rankings, powered by NFL Play Football. The Silver Foxes are also in the national championship chat with a No. 11 record in the HSFA 300 preseason rankings.

All of our rankings are created with our proprietary algorithm that has been used to rank teams nationally, regionally and on a statewide basis since 2013.

Dutch Fork’s regular season features four teams that are ranked nationally. The Silver Foxes open in South Georgia against No. 18 Colquitt County in a game that will be broadcast nationally by FloFootball.

On August 25, Dutch Fork will host South Carolina No. 6 Spartanburg, ranked 261 nationally. Then on September 1, North Carolina’s Hough, ranked No. 130 in the HSFA 300, visits Irmo, South Carolina. On September 22, No. 165 Weddington (North Carolina) visits DF.
