Cedar Creek’s 7-6 win over Holy Spirit pushes the Pirates up ten spots this week to No. 11 in the latest High School Football America New Jersey Top 25, powered by NFL Play Football. The result was a shocker since Holy Spirit won last year’s game 41-0.
The loss drops Holy Spirit four spots to No. 12 in the latest rankings created with our proprietary algorithm.
The shocker of the weekend was Don Bosco Prep’s 28-14 win over No. 2 St. Peter’s Prep. It was the Marauders first loss of the season. However, SPP remains No. 2 in the state with a big game this week against No. 7 St. Joseph Regional of Montvale.
No. 3 DePaul Catholic rebounded from its 10-7 loss to SPP two week ago by beating No. 4 Delbarton.
New to the Top 25 this week: Winslow Township at No. 24 and Middletown South at No. 25.
