One of the best parts of doing what we do is getting the opportunity to meet special people – coaches, players, fans, communities – along the way. People that go out of their way to make high school football the special sport that it is.
Trish and I are huge fans of the television series Friday Night Lights. What always amazed us was how many coaches we’ve met along the way that seem to have been rolled into the character of Eric Taylor (Kyle Chandler), head coach of the mythical Dillon Panthers, and then, the start-up East Dillon Lions.
So with that as the backdrop, it go me fired-up to find a “best of” Coach Taylor video. Above is what I thought was the best.
