New to this week High School Football America National Top 25 is Colerain at #24. The Cardinals have spent the entire year knocking on the Top 25 door as part of our The Other 25 (teams #26 through #50). Colerain’s only loss was by three points to #10 La Salle.
St. Ed’s 31-28 win against Bergen Catholic (New Jersey helped the Eagles move-up in our algorithm rankings. BC entered the game ranked #24 in our national rankings, while the Eagles were #21.
The Eagles, who will play two very good Florida teams over the next two weeks, move-up two spots to #19 in this week’s poll. Next up for St. Ed is Cocoa, which was ranked in the USA TODAY Super 25 earlier in the year. In two weeks, the defending Ohio Division I champs will play #17 Mainland.
