All seven 2024 state championship games will be head-to-head matchups inside the High School Football America Florida Top 25 high school football rankings, powered by NFL Play Football. With the two-year experiment with Metro and Suburban classifications scrapped, five 2023 championship teams are in Miami looking to extend their championship streak.
There 5A matchup is an interesting one with longtime powers Lakeland and St. Thomas Aquinas looking to add to their trophy cases. No. 6 STA is looking to add to its state record five straight state titles. No. 3 Lakeland won the last two Class 4S state titles.
Overall, St. Thomas Aquinas owns 15 state titles, the most for any school in the state. Lakeland has won nine state championships, the most for a public school.
In 1A, No. 4 Chaminade-Madonna will be going for a three-peat against No. 10 Clearwater Central Catholic. These two met for the last two Class 1M championships.
Cocoa, winners of two straight Florida 2S titles, will be looking for a three-peat when it plays No. 14 Gadsden County.

- 6A – No. 15 West Boca Raton vs. No. 16 Osceola (Kissimmee)
- 4A – No. 5 American Heritage (Plantation) vs. No. 7 Jones (Orlando)
