Another week, another big win for the Liberty Lions. Two weeks ago, Liberty took-down reigning Open Division champ Saguaro. Last week, the Lions picked-up a convincing 35-7 win over then No. 2 Basha.
As a result of Friday’s win, Liberty finds itself at No. 2 in the latest High School Football America Arizona Top 10 high school football rankings, powered by NFL Play Football. Basha tumbles to No. 5 this week.
The win also sends the Lions up in our national rankings. This week, the team is ranked No. 95 in the High School Football America 300.

No. 1 Chandler solidified its spot at the top of the rankings with a 40-21 win over No. 7 Casteel.
At the bottom of the rankings, Notre Dame Prep moves in at No. 10 with a 20-17 win over formerly undefeated Desert Mountain, which entered the game ranked No. 8 in the state.
