High School Football America’s first in-season Top 25 Media Compilation Poll is out. This poll brings together all of the national ranking services — USA TODAY Super 25, MaxPreps’ Xcellent 25, PrepNation.com’s National Prep Football Poll, the Massey Rankings, the Freeman Rankings and Prep Force Top 25.

The poll awards points to a team on the basis of its ranking in each poll. For example, the No. 1 team receives 25 points, the No. 2 team receives 24 points and so forth.
Mater Dei is still the No. 1 team in the comp poll. The Monarchs are ranked No. 1 by High School Football America, USA TODAY, MaxPreps and Freeman. MD received 170 of 175 possible points. This Friday, Mater Dei will host No. 3 Bishop Gorman (Nevada), ranked No. 1 by Massey, in Santa Ana.

IMG Academy (Florida) is No. 2 and this week the Ascenders will take-on No. 6 Corona Centennial (California) in Southern California.
