We’re down to the final two weeks of the 2020 Arkansas high school football season. The 7A championship will be played this weekend, while the rest of the classifications will play their title games in two weeks.
Two-time defending 7A champ Bryant will play North Little Rock in a battle of No. 1 vs. No. 2 in the 7A title game. Both teams are also ranked in the High School Football America 100 national high school football rankings. Bryant is currently ranked No. 24 in the Top 100, while NLR is No. 95.
On October 30, Bryant beat the Chargers 58-21. It will also be a rematch of last year’s title game won by the Hornets 21-7. Bryant brings a 29-game win streak into this week’s title game.
In one of the 6A semifinals, No. 4 Greenwood will play No. 8 Lake Hamilton for the second time this year. In the regular season finale, Greenwood won 38-28.
In one of the 5A semis, No. 3 Pulaski Academy will face No. 10 Wynne in a battle of unbeatens. The winner of that game gets the winner of the game between No. 9 Little Rock North and Harrison.
