Oakland is the new No. 1 in the High School Football America Tennessee Top 10 after a surprisingly easy 49-7 win over former No. 1 and defending 6A state champ Maryville. The win puts the Patriots into its six state title game in three years. The Pats will play Brentwood, which re-enters the statewide rankings at No. 8.
In the Division II-AAA title game, No. 5 MUS will play No. 6 McCallie.
