There’s only a little shuffling at the bottom of the latest High School Football America Texas Top 25, powered by NFL Play Football.
Defending state champ South Oak Cliff moves two spot to No. 19 this week. The Bears have won two in a row after an 0-3 start.
Three-time defending state champ Westlake solidified its spot at No. 3 with a 35-20 win over No. 13 Lake Travis in the rivalry known as the “Battle of the Lakes.” The Chaps now own a 44-game win streak, the second longest active streak in the nation.
C.E. King re-enters the statewide rankings at No. 25. This week, the Panthers will travel to No. 1 North Shore in a District 21-6A contest.
That’s the only head-to-head matchup in the Top 25 this week.
