It’s the opening weekend of the North Carolina spring high school football season and the NFHS Network is giving the country a chance to check-out one of the best games in the state…and it’s FREE. The game between 2019 Class 4AA champ Vance and Mallard Creek will aired Friday night at 7 P.M. Eastern Time.

The game will be one seven regular season contests in the Charlotte-area that will be produced by Teall Properties Group and National Amateur Sports and air for free on the NFHS Network as part of The Spring SZN powered by OrthoCarolina. Each Friday night, one game in the Charlotte market will be selected to be professionally produced and broadcast at no charge to fans on the NFHS Network.
“We know students, schools, and families are all very excited for high school football to return in North Carolina,” said James Companion of TPG. “With limited attendance due to COVID-19 protocols, we wanted to provide a professional alternative for fans to watch their games. Special thanks to OrthoCarolina for allowing these games to be free for everyone to watch.”
“OrthoCarolina is thrilled to support The Spring SZN!” said Blair Primis of OrthoCarolina. “We, like so many others in the community, have missed high school sports and the launch of The Spring SZN is a testament to the hard work our partner school systems and teams have done. Our commitment to support our local communities is unchanged, and we are excited to be back on the field alongside these great athletes.”
