While the top nine teams held their spots in the latest High School Football America Utah Top 10 high school football rankings, No. 7 Lone Peak made a bit of progress in our rankings, created with our proprietary algorithm, with a 17-14 upset of No. 3 American Fork. The Knights (3-4) will try to climb higher in the statewide rankings, powered by NFL Play Football, when it plays No. 2 Skyridge this week.
American Fork will try to get back into the win column this week when it hosts No. 6 Pleasant Grove.
At the bottom of the rankings, Provo makes its first-ever appearance in our Top 10 at No. 10.
