Senior-to-be Caleb Williams of Gonzaga in Washington, D.C. is narrowing his list of places to play his college football. Monday, on Twitter, Williams, who led the Eagles to a No. 40 ranking in last year’s High School Football America 100, announced his Top 5.
In alphabetical order, Williams named Clemson, LSU, Maryland, Oklahoma and Penn State.

Last year, the dual-threat QB threw for 1,770 yards with 19 touchdowns and four interceptions. The 5-star prospect also ran for 838 yards with 18 touchdowns.

Williams has been a starter since his freshman year when he led Gonzaga to a Washington Catholic Athletic Conference runner-up finish. He followed that up with a WCAC title as a sophomore with a No. 14 ranking in the High School Football America 100 national rankings.
