Del Valle plays in one of the toughest districts in Texas and the nation. District 26-6A includes two-time defending state champ Westlake, which finished No. 3 in the nation in the High School Football America 100 for 2020-21; six-time state champ Lake Travis; and Buda Hays, which advanced to the 6A Division II state semifinals last year.
