Thanks to losses by No. 2 Southlake Carroll and No. 3 Duncanville, Westlake and Rockwall are on the rise in the latest High School Football America Texas Top 25. Westlake is up to No. 2 this week from No. 5 last week, while Rockwall rises four spots to No. 6 in the latest statewide rankings created with our proprietary algorithm.
After winning a shootout against Southlake Carroll last week, Rockwall will try to climb a little higher this week when it plays No. 15 Highland Park. Rockwall is currently ranked No. 20 in the High School Football America 100, while HP is ranked No. 73 nationally.

The Rockwall-Highland Park game is one of two head-to-head matchups in the Top 25 this week.
Top-ranked, two-time defending state champ North Shore takes-on No. 14 in Manvel. North Shore is ranked No. 1 in the state and No. 1 in America, while Manvel is No. 65 in the Top 100.
