Top-ranked Southeast Polk will square-off with No. 2 Ankeny on Friday at the UNI-Dome for the state’s first-ever 5A state championship. Last year, Ankeny beat SEP for the 4A title.

This year’s 4A championship game will also feature two teams in the High School Football America Iowa Top 10 powered by NFL Play Football. No. 7 Cedar Rapids Xavier will square-off with No. 8 Lewis Central on Thursday.
In the 3A title game, No. 6 Harlan will play Boyden-Hull/Rock Valley. Harlan finished runner-up last year in Class 3A.
