Who is No. 1 in the Lone Star State? We’ll find-out this weekend as the 2021 Texas high school football championships come to AT&T Stadium, home of the Dallas Cowboys.
Westlake’s 46-14 dismantling of former No. 3 Katy gives the Chaparrals the inside track to the top spot in the High School Football America Texas Top 25, powered by NFL Play Football. On Saturday, the Chaps will face No. 4 Denton Guyer for the 6A Division II state title. Westlake is going after its third straight state title.
No. 3 North Shore will be looking for its third title in the last four years when it plays No. 2 Duncanville for the Class 6A Division I title. Both of North Shore’s previous titles have come against Duncanville.
The 5A Division I title game will feature No. 13 College Station playing new Top 25’er Katy Paetow.
