There’s no surprise that three-time High School Football America national champ Mater Dei is also the No. 1 team in California. The Monarchs locked-in their top ranking in our statewide rankings, powered by NFL Play Football, by winning the Open Division championship two weeks ago.
The biggest mover in the final 2021 rankings is Serra (Gardena), the Division 1-A champ. The Cavaliers jump four spots to finish No. 16.
